1. This Kitchen Went From 40 Years Old to Fresh & Modern
We took this 40-year-old kitchen from outdated to updated, and we did it on a budget. The family knew what they wanted, and our team got creative from the design phase through material selection to realize their vision at the right price. The project included removing the cabinetry, countertops, and the wallpaper to create a blank canvas. From there, we retextured the walls and added a fresh coat of paint, timeless cabinetry, quartz countertops and beautiful backsplash.
When we spoke to the family they wanted more light in the kitchen, so we brightened up the space with under-cabinet LEDs. We worked with them to select cabinets that fit their budget but were still high quality and extremely functional, featuring plywood construction, soft-close doors and drawers, and organizational accessories within the cabinets. The family was ecstatic with their kitchen remodel, and so were we!
2. A Beautiful Bathroom Transformation
This family had a bathroom with a tiled tub that was taking up a ton of floor space. They wanted to completely reimagine the bathroom and replace the tub with a walk-in shower, upgrade the vanity, and achieve a cohesive farmhouse look.
Our team of designers and construction professionals got to work, and after producing the perfect design for the space, we started on demolition. We removed the tiled tub, the existing vanity, and a door that led to the exterior of the home. Once that was complete, we added in a tiled walk-shower with a mosaic inset, a luxurious double vanity, and statement barn doors. All of these upgrades created a more spacious, functional, and modern bathroom that the family was so happy with.
3. We Updated Everything and the Kitchen Sink!
Literally! This family wanted their kitchen to look brighter and more up-to-date. We were able to create a dreamy farmhouse look while also adding functionality to the space with additional cabinetry, improved lighting, and a larger sink paired with a modern faucet. Updating the color palette of this room was key to making it feel more modern, while the high quality products really elevate the space.
The intricate backsplash provides another level of sophistication for this kitchen through its detail. The statement lighting fixture combined with the recess lighting and large window make the space bright and welcoming. The farmhouse sink and display cabinet serve as beautiful accents that tie everything together and make the kitchen feel complete.
