While it is a detail-oriented process, it can also be a quick one. Installing backsplash with mortar and grout can take only two days, with larger kitchens taking longer. Replace a Guest Bathroom Vanity

When upgrading your vanity it’s important to think about whether you need some extra drawer space, want higher quality finishes, or are looking to add more counter space. One thing to keep in mind if you’re planning to upgrade to a larger vanity is that it’s recommended to keep 18” between the vanity and toilet and 30” between the front edge and the wall.

Update Your Flooring

- Loose lay vinyl plank flooring: The planks are attached by a pre-applied adhesive strip. This option also creates a floating floor.
- Glue down vinyl plank flooring: The new flooring is attached to the subfloor by an adhesive. Pressure-sensitive adhesives, where the adhesive is on the bottom of the plank and bonds to the subfloor when pressure is applied, typically make for the easiest installation.
